Splits, Payouts, & Commissions
Our payout is 80% on all commissions generated. That's the rate we pay every agent on every single deal regardless of the size of the deal or the amount of transactions conducted. We do not charge any monthly fees, transaction fees, desk fees, or any other type of fee you may be thinking of. We pay out 80% on every single deal (both rentals & sales)

Discounted Craig's List Ads
We realize that in order to remain at the top of the game, real estate agents must have the ability to be a constant presence on Craig's List. Discounted Craig's List ads are available to every one of our agents giving them the ability to post more often than the competition. Additionally, we offer Free ads for reaching specific goals.

So what’s the catch with the high commission split?
There's no catch, we operate our business on value and we wanted to be better & more unique than every other real estate brokerage in the business. Our 80% commission payout enables sales agents to be more Independent, make more money, and love what they do. Additionally, every agent also has the ability to build their own team of salespeople & leverage their earnings.
